Product Description
We were founded in 2008 and specialize in the production and research and development of medical packaging materials. Currently, we have formed a mature medical packaging industry chain, producing medical dialysis paper bags, sterilization bags, Tyvek, roll materials, cover materials, etc. We have a 100000 level purification production workshop that has passed ISO13485, as well as microbiological testing, cell toxicity reports, etc., with complete qualifications.
Sterilization pouches as a packaging solution for sterilization applications, ensure the protection of the medical device against contamination with bacteria and chemicals from the time of sterilization until use of the sterile medical device. Wide range of standard sizes allows optimum choice of a correct-sized pack for each item.
sterilization pouches are constructed from transparent PET/CPP,PET/PE multi-layers copolymer film and medical Dialysis paper. Process indicators for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization are applied on the paper surface of the reel and help to differentiate between processed and unprocessed packages.
All process indicators are water based and non-toxic inks and meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 11140-1 standard and provide accurate and clear color change after sterilization process.
Wide range of standard sizes allows optimum choice of a correct-sized pack for each item and for double packing purposes and as a requirement of EN ISO 11607 all equipment, machines and processes used for sterilization pouch manufacturing, process validation has been conducted.

How to use the Self sealing sterilization bag?
1.Apply to hospital,clinic and laboratory's sterilization,and also apply to the disinfection of beauty products or family high-temperature;
2.Apply to both ETO sterilization and STEAM sterilization;
3.The sharp part of equipment should be put contrary to the peel side to ensure safety use;
4.Tear off the release paper aside the tangent line,seal the pouch and mark the sterilization time,contents and usage etc;
5.The clear area with temperature below 25ºC and humidity below 60% is recommended,the valid period will be 6 month after sterilizing.
