Q 1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory almost 20 years experience, specializing in LED lighting products, and now we are entering into EV charger industry three years ago from 2020 as most of our production equipments are suitable for EV charger producing, and we have our own exporting license as well. So A manufacturer with exporting license. If you have trading demands, we are able to work as well.
Q 2: Where can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you need a price urgently, please call us or let us know by email so that we can response immediately. Our sales are quite fluent in English.
Q 3: Can I order a sample of the EV charger?
A: Yes, very welcome to order samples to test and check the quality before bulk orders.
Q 4: What is your capacity per month?
A: If it is one shift, it will be 168 pieces per day and then 4200 pieces in a month.
If it is two shifts, It will be 336 pieces per day and then 8400 pieces in a month.
Q 5: Do you test all goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we do 100% testing before delivery.
Q 6: Can I print my logo on the charger?
A: Yes, We are ODM manufacturer. Mainly produce with brands of customers.
Q 7: What is your delivery time usually?
A: Based on the order quantity and also sales season as well, you can take Q4 questions as reference and then consider the quantity you are going to purchase, roughly takes around 15-30 days.
Q 8:How long does charging take?
A: Charge time is dependent on your EV battery's capacity and the charger's power. Take a 7.4kW domestic fast charger for example, an average EV (with a 60kW battery) can take about 8 hours to charge to a 100%, while on a 3.7kW portable charger, it takes 12 hours to be full. DC fast chargers at 50kW+ can add 60-200 extra miles within just 20-30 minutes. Top-up charging is common as it is quicker for EV batteries to reach 80% battery than it is to charge the last 20%.
Q 9: Are home EV chargers safe?
A: Generally speaking, yes. But if your home requested an re-wiring, It must hire a licensed or professional electrician wiring your charger's outlet and breaker. Make sure your home's wiring is up to the task before plugging a charger in.
