Use characteristics: the long-term allowable working temperature of the cable core should not exceed 70ºC, BV-90 type should not exceed 90ºC, the short-term working temperature can be raised to 105ºC, the laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0ºC.

H07V-R is single core cable and a type of low voltage house wiring cable, which is often used in houses, offices, electrical control panels, and industrial lighting. The conductor is pure copper and the high-quality PVC insulation to protect the copper core from external damage will increase the service life of wires and cables.
1. Pure copper conductor, the use of pot technology to eliminate internal stress, avoiding unevenness at both ends caused by continuous pulling and retreating, has good electrical conductivity and safety.

3. The low eccentricity of the wire and cable, the uniform insulation prevents the cable from breaking down and ensures the safety of electricity.
The product is suitable for fixed installation of power plant with rated AC voltage up to and including 450/750V. Such as home decoration lighting. Fixed wiring can be used for indoor open coating, pipe piercing and other occasions. In order to facilitate the difference in the installation process, it can be divided into seven colors: red, yellow, blue, green, black, white and double. As BVR is soft structure, its application scope is mostly in soft environment.
The only difference between BVR wire and BV wire is that the diameter of the R wire conductor is soft copper wire. That is, increase the number of conductors and reduce the diameter of a single conductor. The diameter of a single conductor is less than 1 mm. Our normal MOQ is 2000 meters per color per size (Electrical wire). The power cable MOQ is 500-1000 meters.
We also can make less than our normal MOQ. But the price will be adjusted accordingly. And we are glad to custom made samples for you to test the quality before bulk order.
4. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but takes much time; For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door. When we calculate the freight for you, we will choose the cheapest, safest express company. It is the freight company that asks us to pay, so we cannot make it cheaper. If you have your own agent in China, we can send the package to your agent.
