Composite of PCR Container Mobile Lab

2. Customized steel laboratory furniture, with necessary lab fitting such as sink, lab faucet etc.
3. Basic container configuration: It's consist of partition&floor, pipe&electricity&auto control system etc satisfying the basic needs of a mobile PCR lab
4. Full set of lab testing equipments, mainly including laminar flow cabinet,water purifier,refrigerator, biosafety cabinet, Nucleic acid extraction system,PCR detection system,high-end waste liquid collection system etc.
Remark: PCR lab can be ordered separately without lab instruments.
PCR laboratory workflow: detection scope, detection process and detection quality are constantly developing and changing. In this process, the transmission route and pathogenicity of the disease have not been completely defined, and biosafety issues in the detection process and infection risk of the detection personnel need to be guided to a certain extent.

Note:
1. Access to each working area should be carried out strictly in a single direction, that is, reagent preparation room - specimen preparation room - amplification & analysis room-Washing room.
2. Each work area must be clearly marked and equipment and articles in different work areas must not be mixed.
3. Use different uniforms in different work areas.
4. The cleaning of the laboratory should follow the direction of reagent preparation area - specimen preparation area - amplification&analysis area.Different test areas shall have their own cleaning apparatus to prevent cross contamination.
5. Clean the work area immediately after work.
