Q 1: What is your delivery time about your passive house windows?
A: It will take about 30 days after receipt of deposit and confirmation of drawings. Customized configuration takes extra 15 days.
Q 2: What kinds of test reports or certifications do you have?
A: Penjoy windows doors meet the standards such as New Zealand standard NZS4211:2008, Australia standard AS2047:2014, America and Canada standard AAMA/WDMA/NAFS 2011. Our thermo75 series and PH130 series have gained the certification of PHI and CSA.
Q 3: What is the standard size and design of your windows and doors?
A: As windows and doors are customized products. The maximum height of operable window can reach 2100 mm. According to client's needs, we design for you with improvement suggestions.

A: T/T, 50% as deposit and 50% before shippment,Other payment terms are negotiable.
