CZC7T series intelligent charger uses high-performance embedded charging control unit to control the charging current. The main circuit module designed by parameter optimization provides continuous adjustable charging current for various lithium batteries to meet various charging process requirements.
The charging controller has built-in default charging curve and various BMS charging communication protocols. According to the needs of users, the customized charging curve and charging communication protocol can be set and stored in factory settings to meet the customized charging process requirement.
The charger controller has a simple and practical man-machine interface. Charging parameters can be set on the LCD touch screen to display various parameters and states of the charging process, which is convenient for users to understand the charging process in real time.
The charging controller monitors all kinds of parameters in the charging process in real time, so that the charger has perfect protection function and protects the charging process smoothly in real time.
This charger applies to electric forkift which drives by lithium batteries.
Description of product features
·Man-machine interface: 4.3 "serial LCD color touch screen, display charging process parameters; Set the parameters of the charging phase.Charge data logging: On the LCD screen, check the charging process event logging.
·EEPROM records the charging data and can be analyzed
·The SD card records the charging process curve and is read by the PC. (optional)
·Reservation time charging function:you can set the timing of charging, use the valley electricity for charging, saving electricity charges
·Setting parameter power loss protection:for the parameters set by the user, the system can remember for a long time,and the power failure will not make it lost.
·Input power phase sequence: there is no phase sequence requirement for the power grid, and the three-phase input A, B, and C can be connected arbitrarily.
·Special charging function: Force start function (0V),if the connecting line falls off under process of charging, the charger will automatically shut down(battery falling off detection).
·Protection function: open circuit, reverse connection, over-current, over-voltage, over-heating, open phase protection and other fault&alarm function.
·Output control interface: relevant alarm contact output. (optional)
